Wonderful Vizag

Vizag's the city where I've spent most of my years,
For its calmness and resilience, lets have three cheers.
RTC Complex is located in the heart of the city,
While in Dwarakanagar, shops and coaching centres are everywhere we see.
The Rama Talkies Road is one of the busiest roads,
Maddilapalem's CMR Central is where one can shop bucketloads.
Dabagarden's famous for electronics shops and LIC Building,
While Jalaripeta is famous for container terminal and fishing.
Poorna Market, the largest market, started back in 1935,
Jagadamba houses the famous theater where movies still thrive.
Gnanapuram, an ancient locality gets flooded after every downpour,
Convent Junction is the gateway for buses plying to the city core.
Kancharapalem has the oldest loco shed and the first industrial estate,
Marripalem has the city's first and only passenger halt till date.
Siripuram's an upscale area which has the All India Radio station,
Pandurangapuram boasts of Harbour Park and collector's mansion.
NAD Junction is the busiest junction and infamous for traffic,
Arilova's Health City is where most of us head to, when we're sick.
Akkayyapalem, by the NH16, has the Port Stadium,
The area near Naval Dockyard also houses a refinery of petroleum.
Seethammadhara has Lansum Oxygen Towers, the tallest building in Vizag,
Madhavadhara and Muralinagar have both bagged the residential area tag.
Sheelanagar is famous for drive-in theater and airport,
With BHEL, BHPV and many more, industries are Autonagar's forte.
Gajuwaka is the busiest and biggest shopping district, by revenue,
Avoiding it and using bypass during evenings, would be my advice to you.
Sriharipuram has many shops and Coromandel Fertilisers,
While Malkapuram has HPCL Visakh Refinery's headquarters.
Simhachalam hill top has the city's most famous temple,
Due to BRTS, Sujathanagar and Vepagunta would never face a real estate lull.
Pendurthy lies in the western fringe and also has BRTS,
The levels of pollution here and in Kothavalasa are quite less.
Madhurawada, PM Palem and Yendada are experiencing a real estate boom,
Thanks to the IT SEZs, these areas will never have a moment of gloom.
Hanumanthwaka is a busy junction where the BRTS and NH16 meet,
Nearby is the Zoo, where we can see animals and birds like parakeet.
Sagarnagar is a peaceful area which houses the ISKCON temple,
Rushikonda, which has GITAM and a beach, is never too dull.
MVP Colony has 16 sectors and is Asia's largest township,
Dolphin Hills offer breathtaking views and has a lighthouse on its tip.
The Beach Road has many hotels, museums and a lot to boast,
While Kailasagiri offers a scenic view of Vizag's coast.
Steel Plant or Ukkunagaram is famous for its greenery and plantation,
Bheemili's buddhist sites and Dutch history also deserve a mention.
I may have unintentionally missed some places in my poem,
The 'City of Destiny' in many aspects is truly an epitome.
